He enjoyed a 25-year banking career employed by Credit Lyonnaise/Credit Agricole in Atlanta, Boston and NYC, NY where he served as Managing Director and Head of Conduit Securitization, and Senior Advisor to the Executive Committee.įollowing an honorable discharge, he attended the University of Texas graduating summa cum laude with a BA In International Studies focusing on the Middle East and an MBA in International Finance. Upon retirement in 2007, he and his wife relocated to Georgia to be closer to family.ĭavid will be fondly remembered as a loving husband and dad, proud granddaddy, devoted friend, Air Force veteran, distinguished linguist and translator, accomplished banker, enthusiastic Hook em’ horns (University of Texas) alumna and Dallas Cowboys football fan, classic rock and roll music and guitar aficionado, lover of fine wines, master of snarky comebacks and dry wit, an unrivaled trivia buff, and historian. Fink is managing partner of Fink Bressack. His uncanny Christmas letters were renowned among family and friends. He has more than 40 years of litigation experience, winning important victories in state and federal trial and appellate courts. He focuses his practice on complex commercial and class action litigation, including business matters, antitrust, consumer fraud, environmental law.
